Privacy Policy

Tap Review ("we", "us") provides decorative NFC/QR review displays and a dashboard for business owners. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

Account data: your name, email, and hashed password when you register.
Business data: business names, devices, and destination URLs you configure.
Interaction data: when a customer taps or scans a display, we record the timestamp, the device involved, an approximate device type (mobile/tablet/desktop), the referrer and user agent when available, and approximate location (country, region, city) derived from network headers.

IP addresses

We do not store raw IP addresses. To count unique visitors and prevent abuse, an IP may be combined with a secret and a daily-rotating value and then irreversibly hashed. The result cannot be turned back into an IP address.

How we use information

To operate your displays and redirects, provide analytics, secure the service, and send transactional emails (verification, password reset, device and account notifications).

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run the product (hosting, database, email delivery). We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can update or delete your devices and destinations at any time, and contact us to close your account. To exercise any privacy request, email me@avivfarchi.com.
