Return Policy

We want you to love your card. If you're not happy with it, you can return it within 30 days for a refund.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. The totem should be in good, resellable condition — everyday use is fine, but items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts may not qualify for a full refund.

How to start a return

Email me@avivfarchi.com with your order details and the reason for the return, and we'll send you return instructions. Returns are accepted by mail only. Please don't ship anything back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned totem, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. It may take a few additional days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. The one-time activation fee is included in your refund.

Return shipping

The customer is responsible for the return shipping label and all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping method — we can't refund items that are lost in transit.

Damaged or defective items

If your totem arrives damaged or stops working, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
